These are things that I like, find beautiful, or think are important.

Last night I noticed a strange lump in my left armpit. It’s the size of an M&M and painful to the touch. It’s not in the skin like a pimple, it’s underneath the skin. Since it’s in my armpit, when my arm is just resting down at my side, my arm is touching the lump so it aches.

Probably it’s just something harmless like a cyst or irritated sweat gland.

But my mind is pretty convinced that it’s cancer and I’m going to die.

Hooray, anxiety!

(I already called the doctor’s office, but the downside of being poor enough to be on Medicaid is that you can only go to certain doctors, and everyone else with Medicaid is also going to those doctors, so they’re always busy as fuck and booked up, so the first available appointment isn’t for 3 weeks. So I get to poke this weird lump and worry and ache and not know what’s going on with my body for the next three weeks, awesome.)
